Hamsterball follows in the footsteps of Marble Madness and Super Monkey Ball by allowing you to roll a protagonist through a variety of bizarre mazes while avoiding dangerous hazards and crossing precarious precipices. The unregistered version of this adorable shareware game allows you to play the first five levels in Tournament or Time Trial mode a total of 20 times.
Hamsterball has its own distinct aesthetic, with distinct colors and thematic aspects that differentiate each level. Pipsqueak, Normal, and Frenzied are the three difficulty levels available for the game’s five stages. The first stage allows you to gain a feel for managing the rodent because there are no enemies or challenging paths, but the difficulty quickly increases. Eight-ball chasing, snapping mousetraps, and hammer smashing are just a few of the hazards to avoid. Each stage has a time restriction, and any seconds leftover roll over to the next, but once the timer reaches zero, you’re a dead hamster. Although controlling the character with the keyboard is a little challenging, using a gaming controller makes the action much easier.Moreover, you can’t do anything with the 3D environments. You might therefore not always be able to see your little man in his whole.. Expert navigators may breeze through the first five levels, but most people will have a great time running that poor hamster around like crazy.
