    Game Description

Risk II is a video game adaptation of the board game Risk that was created by Deep Red Games and published by Hasbro Interactive under the MicroProse label. It is a follow-up to the 1996 version of Risk.

Risk II introduced new modes of play in addition to the classic board game style of play, including a single-player tournament and a brand new concept called SameTime, in which all players take turns at the same time. Up to eight players can compete against each other in a variety of human and computer opponents (as long as at least one player is human). Generals such as Campbell, Mackenzie, Marmont, Barbacena, D’Erlon, Maransin, Solignac, Sherbrooke, Aubert, Spencer, Taupin, Freire, Vauban, Baird, Napoleon, and Wellington are among the available computer opponents. Each computer opponent has a different attack style and a different level of loyalty to alliances.
