Lego Racers 2 is a racing video game with a Lego theme that was created by Attention to Detail, released by Lego Software, and provided by Electronic Arts in North America. It was initially made available for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, and Game Boy Advance in September 2001. It is an update to the Lego Racers video game from 1999. On August 20, 2001, Lego Software released the first information about this sequel.

The user has more “freedom” than in the first Lego Racers game since they can race or drive any way they like and because they can interact with other characters. Like the first Lego Racer, Lego Racers 2 rom has a designer for the cars and characters. It requires fewer characters to create and edit but more bricks. Up to 11 opponents can be chosen in Lego Racers ps2. In every race, the competitors must pass a series of checkpoints on each lap in the proper order. In addition to an invisible barrier, there are four additional weapons that can be employed to damage the rivals’ automobiles. The player acquires these weapons and the shield by gathering bubbles that, if the player doesn’t already possess one, randomly assign the player an item. Any racer may drive between a pair of pink fences on each track to repair their vehicle, either partially or entirely depending on the degree of damage and the amount of time spent there. If a vehicle is destroyed, the character must slog along on foot until they reach a repair facility and are given their vehicle back.

How to play on Windows

1. Download and Extract LEGO_Racers_2_Win_ROM_EN.7z
2. Open the “Game Files” folder and mount lr2-DVN.bin to a virtual drive
3. Right “browse.exe”, go to properties and change compatibility to Windows XP. Run the file as an administrator and select “Install”. Finish installing the game.
4. Launch the game from the desktop shortcut by also running in Windows XP compatibility and as an administrator.
